hi

i have e260 v2 player .for transfering pictures & videos , i installed sansa media converter , but this program could not detect my player . player is recognized by computer but didnt recognize by media converter .

what i need to do?

Try unpluging the Sansa and trying again.

Or plug the Sansa in and restart the computer…?

I wrote a longer troubleshooter, you could look and find it.!

i did it , but no effect .

Have you tried switching the USB mode from MTP to MSC?
