Sansa Media Converter won't convert videos

So I figured out that SMC won’t convert .flv files, which is retarded. How do get you get it to convert regular .mpg files to whatever type of file you can put on the Sansa e260R? Everytime I try to convert .mpg files, it says “unfinished,” and that SMC can’t convert the files.

use www.any-video-converter.com FIRST then use the Sansa Media Converter.

There IS a free version.
