Sansa Fuze cuts songs

Yesterday I noticed problem with my Sansa Fuze. When I’m listening mp3 songs and increase volume above some point (about 3/4 of max. volume) Sansa starts to cuts songs (2 seconds of silence - 1 or 2 seconds of music - 2 sec. of silence … ). I change firmeware to newest one and it didn’t help. Maybe someone has the same problem or have some advice what to do in this situation ?

Change EQ to Normal.

I found a solution - it was not entarely inserted jack (really strange behavior).

That was going to be my suggestion. A lot of people have this issue (and others) when they first get a new player. The headphone jack can be a little tight.
