Sansa Fuze 8gb, rhapsody transfer problem

I have a Fuze 8gb and a e200 8gb that both are having the same problem when I am transfering songs from my to-go rhapsody account to the player.  It shows the up load, and many song will upload to the player, then for some reason it gets stuck on a song and will not go any further, its driving me nuts because I cant figure out what the problem is.  I can add songs that are already on my hard drive(non-subscription songs) and they will load but then it stops again as soon as those songs load.  Please help
