I have had a Sansa that was connecting great to my computer in MTP mode. Then my computer crashed and after loading all the programs again I tried to hook my Sansa up. The PC did not show it in Explorer or WMP. I tried reloading drivers from the internet that said they would fix it but no deal. If I switch it to MSC mode it does sow up but all my files are in MTP mode. What do I do?
Go to the MicroSoft website and re-install Windows Media Player 11. That should activate the drivers needed.
