I wanted to update all of my songs on my e260 so I deleted all of them. Then when I hooked it up to the computer to sync with Windows Media Player it now freezes shortly after plugging it in to the usb port. There is no longer any music on the e260 but Windows Media Player says there is. I tried to reformat via computer but it gives me an error message saying it cannot complete the operation. I tried to update the software but it tells me there is not enough space to update. So I did a manual software update and am still having the same problems. Any ideas as to why this is now happening?
This looks like a common issue but can you please post the exact error message? As soon as we have that, we can probably search for similar scenarios.
