The battery of my clip + discharges in 24 hours, even if I use it for just 2 hours in a day. In the morning it is fully charged, listen to it for 2 hours and then I turn it off. At night I switch it on and the battery icon is completely empty. Is this a normal situation? Your help is most appreciated.
No, that is not normal. If the unit is still under warranty, I would contact SanDisk about a replacement.
If it’s not within the warranty period (US=1 yr. EU=2 yr.), it looks like it’s time for a new player.
