My3 week old Sansa Clip’s FM radio abruptly stopped working. The MP3 player still works. Any suggestions?
You can try to get a good reception or you can try to update the firmware of your player;

And if same thing happen you can go back to store for replacement. 
I had successfully updated the firmware before it stopped working. I tried several different ear phones to rule that out. Neither picked up any FM stations, but both provided MP3 music.
Do you see an arrow or a box just under the frequency? Arrow means play, box means mute. Try pressing play/pause. It functions as a mute on/off for FM radio.
