Sansa Clip+ will not start or is not recognized by my computer.

I was listening to the Sansa Clip+ at work for about 2 hours after charging the battery. It shut off all of the sudden. It will not power on, nor is it recognized by my computer. I have tried a soft reset by holding in the power button and I still get nothing. I have tried connecting to different computers and different USB ports on each computer. I can also charge with another cord which it isn’t reading on that either.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Did you try holding down the power button (some say for 30 sec, but I don’t think it needs to be that long) and then releasing it, and then clicking it as normal? That’s what has worked for me the two times my Clip+ spontaneously died.
