hello friends.
my sansa is stuck on flower logo . the power button is working and when i press it the sansa is shutting off but when i try to press the power button it stuck again in the flower logo. when i connect it to the pc it behave the same and stuck on the logo. i also cannot put it on msc mode to install new firmware . what can i do to solve the problem? please help me…
Try it again with no micro SD and put it again. See if it makes a difference. 
i don’t have a micro sd in my sansa…
You should try resetting it. Press the power button as you normally do to shut it off, but HOLD it for 20-30 secs. In extreme cases, we have heard where up to a minute or even slightly longer was required. The device will shut off after only a few seconds (as you’ve discovered), but continue to hold the power button down for the full count in order for it to reset.
