Sansa Clip Died

I got a clip for Christmas and loved it.  Yesterday morning my computer had a start up error and had to go thru some repairs and my clip was hooked up at the time (I think).  After that the clip will not turn on and my computer no longer recognizes.  I tried everything mentioned in the forums and nothing happens.  I has not life.  I emailed SanDisk but have not received a reply yet.  Any suggestions???

Restore your computer to like 3 days before the incident maybe.

Resetting the player:

  1. Slide and hold the Power switch up for approximately 20 seconds.
  2. Release the Power switch.
  3. Slide the Power switch up then release to turn on the player.

Make sure the Clip has been some power left in it’s battery.

If it turns on.  Then plug it into the computer and see if its recognized.    If its not , try restarting your computer with it plugged in.   If its still not recognized.  Read this page:
