Sansa Clip+ 4GB will not respond

Hi, I just got my Clip+ about a week ago, I just put in a few new songs and listened to one of them for about 5 minutes when all of a sudden the music stopped, but I could still hear feedback from my headphones. I took a look at my Clip+ and I think it’s on but it’s not responding so I went to turn it off and back on, but still nothing is happening. I came here to see if there is any fixes for this. Other things that seem to be wrong with it. There is no reaction on the screen it stays black no matter what. When I plug it into my computer nothing happens at all, to the computer or Clip+. I’ve tried forcing it into MSC mode, but it won’t do anything. If it’s still on I’m hoping that the battery will just die out and I can recharge it later, but the thing is I’m not even sure if it’s on or not. Please help.

Whenever anything weird like this happpens, just rest it. Press and hold the power button down for 20-30 seconds. Release, and it should start back up normally when you press the power button again.

If it doesn’t work the 1st time try it again, but a little bit longer.
