SanDisk Unblocker stopped ccepting password

Sandisk Extreme V2 2TB no longer accepts password after upgrading 2 Macbook air to Ventura 13.1, and disk utility only shows total of 36.1MB of space on drive. I would like to reformat the drive without having SD Unblock installed but no operations are avaiable on Disk Utility. I do not need the security software but can’t mount the drive to reformat, what to do?

Hi @nitejazz,

Have you opened a Support Case? If not opened, for more information, please contact the SD Technical Support team for best assistance and troubleshooting:

 I’ve had similar issues with external drives in the past. It’s always annoying when you can’t access your files. Luckily with EaseUS Recovery I got it all back but not sure I want to stay with Sandisk.
