Sandisk Ultra Mobile Micro SD Card is not detected

After working for about a year, my SanDisk Ultra 32 GB MicroSD Card seems to have died on me. I have tried to put it in multiple mobiles supporting 32 GB cards and none of them recognized it. Then used an adapter and plugged it the PC but the card was not detected at all. 

Can you guys let me know if there is any solution to this issue? And what is the process of replacement of this card? I do not ghev original packaging but do have the purchase invoice with me. Thanks.

If it used to work, but now doesn’t, it seems as though the card has failed for some reason. What that reason is is unknown so yes, replacement under warranty would be in order.
