Hello. I have a SanDisk Ultra Luxe Type-C/Type-A 64 GB USB 3.2 Gen 1. It does not work on any device or hypervisor (Virtualbox, VMware Workstation Pro) software. For example, when trying to enter the BIOS screen in VMware Workstation’s EDK2 UEFI software, it remains at the “-” text. When I boot normally, it does not see the USB. My computer is HP Victus 16, and the USB is not visible anywhere. I selected the USB option with the “Use a Device” option on Windows RE, but nothing happened (Windows reopened from the SSD). What should I do? I think you have to release a firmware update for this product.
Sounds defective. Return it for a replacement.
