SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB Type-C Not Detected in iPad Pro

I just received my mentioned product today but unfortunately it didn’t detect in my iPad Pro as i intend to use it to backup my personal information from my iPad.

I installed the Sandisk software application on my Win 10 PC in order to update the USB flash drive firmware but it didn’t recognize by the Sandisk application as well.

Any advice
