IXpand flash drive luxe is not being detected by iPad Pro Gen 5 need help please.

Connect drive in PC and Manually update the firmware of ixpand drive with the help of windows PC with provided link : iXpand USB 2.0 / iXpand USB 3.0 / Mini / Go / Flip / Luxe NOT detected

I found that a USB drive plugged in to my notebook didn’t appear when I had my phone plugged into the USB port next to it. Moving it to a USB port on the other side of the notebook solved the problem, with the phone left plugged in.
