Hi - I wonder if anyone can help - i purchased the above from tescos and tried in my phone (Sony XperiaZ3) and it wont recognise it - have also tried it in my sons nokia lumia and it wont recognise it there either. I havent got the receipt as threw all my receipts out clearing out my purse so not quite sure what to do now - is there anything i can do or is it a faulty card? Thanks in advance
If your dealer won’t exchange or replace it for you, contact SanDisk directly and see if there’s anything they can do, including a possible warranty replacement. But frankly, without proof of purchase there may not be.
