The SecureAccess Programme allows me to login using my password and then immediately give me an error message saying that the Programme has stopped working. I have tried multiple times across different computers (Mac and Windows) but the message remains the same. I am wondering what I am missing. Any help will be appreciated.
mmm… I would do, “clean slate”, would be faster.
Download another, remember that the SanDisk SecureAccess Software you must install in the UDF, and keep in mind, which are two softwares, ie, one for Windows and one for MAc.
