Hi all,
I have a SanDisk SecureAccess USB flash drive and it has just decided to play up!
It was working fine, then I tried to add a file to one of the vaults and it refused to add the file, so I disconnected the drive, closed SecureAccess and then reconnected it - at which point it then asked me to format the drive, so I said that I didn’t want to and now it just isn’t working at all.
Tried it on a different computer and it’s exactly the same.
Any tips / advice greatly received! (I’m not particularly techy, so please make any instructions ■■■■■ proof!!!)
