I Cleaned up my thumb drive now I can't access it

I cleaned up my USB Thumb drive and moved all the contents into a folder, including the SanDisk encryption software, now when I insert the drive it says the drive has to be formatted and I cannot access any of the files. I have not formatted it, I need to access the files. Any help appreciated

Move the SecureAccess file and folders back to where they were.
