Sandisk Sansa m260: How To Upgrade The Firmware on Linux ( Ubuntu 9.04 )?

Hi;

My MP3 player is Sansa Sandisk m260. The Information menu gives me the version( firmware? ) number of 2.21A.

I’m running Linux on my computer (Ubuntu 9.04)

The sandisk.com site has updates for the firmware, but only as *.exe files. Any ideas of how I can upgrade the firmware without installing wine?

Unfortunately the firmware that they have is .exe only, I can suggest to try to updtae the firmware by using Windows base computer and it is also written on the packaging that the minimum system requirement is by using Windows base computer.
