I recently started using PrivateAccess and, well, copying my data to it. However, some of my data are zip files that are more than 4gb, so when I copied to the PrivateAccess flash drive, then unplug and plug, it just says “0kb”. When I try to copy it back to the computer, it either says 0kb, or says the incorrect amount of data, yet the drive space used is the same as when I didn’t install PrivateAccess. It can’t be from fat32 format, as I have my Sandisk Ultra USB 3.0 formatted to exFAT. What is happening here?
I’m not sure if this is a new problem, or if this is something that can be fixed.
