SANDISK Portable SSD, 2 TB SSD ejected regularly

Portable SSD Portable | Extreme | Extreme Pro SSD

not “Extreme” Portable, just SANDISK Portable SSD, 2 TB SSD! It is regularly ejected from my Macbook m1 Pro on Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1. It immediately comes back, but all operations are lost.
Any suggestions?
