sandisk extreme 8TB keep disconnecting and reconnecting by itself ,

I bought a sandisk 8 tb it keep disconnecting and reconnecting anytime I try to copy files on it , if I read any file on it its normal , however it randomly disconnect and reconnect again, I tried all the solution on the internet, turn off disk for sleep, change the port , change the cable, use it with usb powered hub still no luck , I,m using Mac book pro 2017. any idea ,
