I am recently using the ixpand mini to backup my iphone impages as usual. And when I plug the usb into the computer, all the folders become shortcuts, and I cannot open any of the folders. And then when I plug back to the iphone, the apps told me all are back up, but I still cannot see any of the photo in the apps. Please help. Thank you very much.
