Hi @imraanactive
Have you opened a Support Case? If not opened, for more information, please contact the SD Technical Support team for best assistance and troubleshooting:

This means that your SD card can‘t meet the write speed requirements of the camera.

First of all, try using another high-speed SD card to see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the problem is with the card or the camera. For dash cams, a Class 10 or UHS-I (U1) card is usually recommended, but some higher-end cameras may require UHS-I (U3) cards.

File system corruption can cause the card to slow down. So, reformatting the SD card might be helpful.

  • Insert the SD card into your computer.
  • Press Win + E and locate the SD card.
  • Right-click on the SD card and select “Format.”
  • Choose the appropriate file system (FAT32 or exFAT) and click “Start.”

Be sure to back up the data in your SD card before formatting. If data loss occurs, stop using it immediately and utilize free tools to get back lost videos.

If the problem is with the card, you can try replacing it with a new one.

The “slow card, please replace it” error message on your car dash camera usually indicates that the SD card is no longer able to write data at the required speed for the camera to function properly. This issue can be due to any reasons, like card damage, corruption, or issues with the card’s file system.
Try H2testw, CrystalDiskMark for windows, or F3 (Fight Flash Fraud) for mac tool to check the health of your SD card.
