Disappointing sandisk microsd 128gb high endurance product

Hello I bought this product on 10-6-2023 from local distributor for my azdome m550 3ch dashcam when finished installing the dashcam i used this card after maybe 1 week i dont remember exactly i started having multiple issues: dashcam would have freeze for long time when navigating through its menu, missing videos , corrupted files , playback issues, very short 10 and 40 seconds videos without me pausing the dashcam. I tried formatting sd card from dashcam but same issue persists, the current firmware of dashcam is the latest , i went to using azdome 64gb card that came with dashcam most of these issues didnt happen so, i stopped using sandisk microsd. If someone had similar experience please share it in order to know what is truly happening , i had not contacted sandisk customer services as i am sure my local distributor wont agree on giving replacement even if sandisk offered replacement it is just tedious process which i dont want to waste time on

i did contact the authorized service center, they told me the microsd card has to be diagnosed to verify the problem and then i will be given the replacement card

sorry for late reply i just saw email notification, the guy either forgot or ignored to contact me back after that day and i did not want the hassle of going back and forth to the center so i purchased adata premier pro microsd card and it has the same problems as sandisk card so i am thinking of either getting azdome 128gb microsd card or samsung pro endurance card both are online from abroad but most probably i will be getting azdome because i think it is compatibility issue between my dashcam and other branded microsd cards because it is mentioned in azdome website
