SanDisk Dashboard doesnt recognize WD SN350 (ssd)

The SanDisk dashboard doesn’t recognize my WD (Green) SSDs.

The WD website says that the WD Dashboard has been discontinued, and that its replacement (for SSDs) would be the SD Dashboard.

However, when installing SD Dashboard, it says “No SanDisk device detected,” only displaying my other SSDs (including the WDs) below in gray (as if they weren’t compatible).

Does anyone know how to help me with this?

Try these:

Common causes of drives not being detected are:

  • An unsupported drive.

  • Incompatible or outdated drivers.

  • A faulty cable or power connecter.

  • An internal drive not seen by BIOS.

  • A faulty or failed drive.

  • A third-party backup or antivirus software blocking access.

  • A third-party enclosure or docking station blocking access.

  • A drive in a RAID slot on some systems might not be seen even if the drive isn’t set as RAID.

Tentei a resolução do Painel de Controle. Mas não resolveu.

O dispositivo não apareceu como “Standard NVM Express Controller”, mesmo seguindo os procedimentos mostrados.

Talvez o problema seja porque estou usando um “SSD enclosure”?
