I recently bought a SanDisk SSD and wanted to use the SanDisk SSD Dashboard software to check drive health, update firmware, and monitor performance. But I can’t get the software to recognize my drive at all.
After installing the SanDisk SSD Dashboard from the official website, I opened the software and it just shows:
“No SanDisk Drive Found” or “Please connect a supported SanDisk SSD”
But my drive is definitely connected and working normally. I can see it in File Explorer, I can read/write files, and it shows up in Disk Management. The drive itself is functioning perfectly – I just can’t manage it through the official software.
@Kurapya are you 100% sure it’s an authentic Sandisk drive? Have you checked the Serial Number and Warranty Status? Is the Sandisk drive inside a third-party enclosure or inside the computer itself?
Right-click the SSD in Device Manager, select Properties > Details > Hardware ID, verify the product model, and then install the driver for the corresponding chipset.
