hi, i recently bought Cruzer edge 32GB, downloaded some movies and transferred it in my USB, but when i plugged it on my tv it recognized the usb but doesnt want to play the movies. it says “unsupported files”. can i still fix this?

in that case maybe the files are not supported by the TV so you can try other ones with it. If its the format of the drive then you can try to format the usb on ntfs or FAT32 in order to see if its detected normally.

It could be the movie file that’s not supported by your TV. Have you tried different file types like AVI, MP4 and MKV yet?
