Sandisk Clip Jam mp3 - FM presets 30 or 40?

Hi, just bought new Sandisk Clip Jam and I can save only 30 FM preset stations, if I want to save more, it says “Preset Full”. In user manual there is written “You can program up to 40 preset stations.” Current firmware is v0.02E. Does anybody have the same issue ? Is user manual incorrect or should I upgrade to v1.16 ?

Thanks for your reply, I haven’t opened a Support Case, as this is not a big problem, but I’d like to know, if somebody else have same model and same issue. Why in the user manual (and in technical data in internet) there is 40 preset but in reality there is only 30 ? Market dependent ?
