I am happy to join to your community. I was a happy user of Sansa Clip years ago and now I want to buy SanDisk Clip Jam MP3 player.
My question is about battery that is in Clip Jam. Do you have specification of that battery. Is it Li-Ion or Li polymer battery? Which capacity and voltage is it? How it looks? Does someone have picture of this battery?

Yes, I’ve opened a Support Case, but they said that they cannot reveal battery capacity and voltage. Did some users try to open this mp3 player?
