Hi, yes I have. They tried to help me. They said this version has some issues and Asked me to update the firmware but it has been updated.

I tried that it in windows but still not working.

Last option is erase it but I don’t want to erase and format it now because i need all my photos on it. I just struggling to find an app to recover my photos then i need Scandisk to exchange it for me.

I received an email yesterday that said you would close my case if i didn’t get back to your email in 24 hours and I replied immediately. Could you please let me know when your support team will respond to me ? and What can i do ?

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are facing with your recently purchased SanDisk drive. In case your MacBook is unable to read the drive and you have lost important data, you can try using data recovery software such as EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard for attempting data recovery. EaseUS can be helpful in recovering your photos.
However, if the problem persists, I suggest contacting SanDisk support for warranty or replacement options.

I’m sorry you’ve lost the data on your external drive. It’s frustrating, especially if you have important photos or other files on it. Firstly, If your MacBook can’t read the drive, connect it to another computer, such as a Windows PC.
A Photo Recovery tool can help you recover the photos from your SSD and bring them back. I recommend Stellar Photo Recovery software, which I have used to recover my deleted videos from my drive. You can try the free version to check the recovery options for yourself.
