This application only runs on a San Disk Flash drive

I have been receiving this message when I try to log into my vault. It worked fine last month. I presume the latest apple update may be the cause but I don’t know how to resolve matters.

I have tried to submit a case but keep getting an error message on this too!

Any ideas or suggestions?
