Mac version of SanDisk® SecureAccess 2.0 crashes every time I try to add folders/files to the vault

Hi there,

I recently purchased a Sandisk Extreme USB 3.0 Flash Drive and installed the latest SecureAccess 2.0 for my Mac. The software installed fine, I can login to the vault using my password and the progam seems to function ok BUT unfortunately every time I try to put folders/files into the vault it runs for a minute then just crashes with the following error report (sorry, this forum posting will not allow the full crash report - I will try to post the second part in a follow on post)…

Hello,

in that case you can try to delete this version of the secure access and download the latest version of it from the sandisk website

http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2399/kw/secure%20access

so you are sure that you are using the latest version

if the software is after that still not working then you can try it with another pc to ensure that everything is setup fine.

Hi there,

Thanks for the quick reply but I had already downloaded the latest version from the same link you gave. It gets the crash when using the latest software (for Mac) and from any machine I try to use it on.

Any ideas? It surely can’t be that the software (having recently been updated for the mac) does not work at all. Crashing every time you try to use the ‘vault’.

Maybe you or a tech in the company can look through the crash report I posted and find what is happening & how to fix it.

Thanks & look forward to hearing what solution you come up with.
