I received my 1 TB “Extreme Portable SSD” from Costco late Friday (and there’s no help over the weekend). In the tiny fold-out “manual” it says to download the latest firmware at https://kb.sandisk.com/support for your SSD. I select SSD and them my model and… there’s nothing to download. Q#1: Safe to assume I don’t need a firmware update? Next, it says “for Detailed Installation Instructions: http://downloads/sandisk.com/downloads/um/ssd-install-guide.pdf” When I got there, everything was in one or more asian languages (no English version). Moreover, none of the diagrams appeared to be for the Exrtreme Portable SSD. A few minutes later, any subsequent attempt to get to the website failed. SO… Q#2: Safe to assume this is a plug & play device and that it is already formatted (hopefully for NTSC)? Thanks for any help.
