Questions for future firmware updates

Hi all, just got my first sansa clip jam, and it’s ok so far, but I would like to know if there’s a chance that in a future upgrade, the 2000 files limit could be increased, because I have almost 3500 files in my card… That’s 1500 files, and it’s rly frustrating having this limit since the jam can hold big cards >.<
Also, if the upgrade could integrate both internal and external memories into a single playlist, that would be awesome!!!

No, unfortunately the limit will not be increased. The issue is the hardware in the player is pretty limited in what it can do and with the current sorting algorithms it can only handle a 2000 file database.
