Every time I turn on the device, I get the flower icon, then the screen shows ‘refreshing your media’ and it freezes. I have tried the reset function described in the Quick Start Guide, but it continues to freeze in the same spot each time.
I didn’t have a problem when hooking it up to my computer, the battery charged fine, and I was able to set the main settings like language, time, etc. When syncing the device, my computer confirmed “sync” complete, so I believe my entire playlist was transferred to the device (though I haven’t been able to check it yet, since it continuously freezes). When connected to the computer with the USB cable, the screen on the device shows the “connected” icon and that it is charging the battery, but I can’t access any other functions.
Any ideas of how to “unfreeze” it???
