When I first bought the sansa clip, I plugged it into my laptop (mac) and it read it fine and I put songs onto my clip. But now when I plug it in the icon wont appear on my desktop so I can no longer add any songs to my clip but it still charges. I do not know how to access it through the computer now since it wont show up on the desktop and I dont know what to search for in spotlight. Please help me.
It is now no longer charging 
Under settings, make sure USB is set to MSC. I’m pretty sure Macs don’t support MTP, so that won’t work if it gets set to that.
