My Sansa c240 came with pics & music on it, is there a way to delete these? They do not show up when it is plugged into my computer.
The only way to do this is to open the device in My Computer. Then you can open the Music folder and delete the music files, and open the photo files and delete the demo photos (I deleted these too to have the maximum amount of space.)

it would be easier if you just set the player to MSC mode then format it.
