Portable SSD Valut not loading

Valut lost with below message:
This vault could not be loaded, it may be located on another computer or the original vault file has been manually removed.

I was trying to move files from Windows to Mac. Successfully copied all files from Windows to the portable SSD. Then connected to Mac and installed secure access for Mac. After this, the vault has been lost. Can you please provide some instructions to recover this
