Playlist don't work on my 4 gig micro SD

When I load music and playlists to the 4 gig micro SD, the playlists do not show up on the Sansa Connect playlist menu. What is the problem?

I have a Sansa Connect but don’t have a microSD to test. How are you loading content onto the microSD?

I am loading it through the Sandisk MobileMate SD+ Memory card reader
