Hi @Ravi812
Please check the below link format the drive provided instructions.

If your USB drive is formatted as FAT32, it can’t handle files bigger than 4 GB. You can reformat the drive to change it. Save any important files from the drive before reformatting, as this will erase everything.

Reformat the USB Drive -

  • On Windows:
    • Right-click the USB drive in File Explorer and choose Format.
    • Select exFAT or NTFS as the file system, then click Start.
  • On macOS:
    • Open Disk Utility, select your USB drive, and click Erase.
    • Choose exFAT or Mac OS Extended (Journaled), then click Erase.

After formatting, make sure the drive shows its full size (like around 64 GB for a 64 GB drive). If the space is still showing as reduced or you have issues copying files, the drive might be faulty. You should contact Flipkart for a replacement or return.

  1. Reformat the Drive:
  • Right-click on the USB drive in “This PC” and select “Format.”
  • Choose exFAT or NTFS to allow large files (over 4 GB) and do a quick format.
  1. Use disk management tools to find and remove any hidden partitions taking up space.
  2. Use Diskpart (if needed):
  • Open Command Prompt as an admin and type diskpart.
  • Select your USB drive by typing select disk X (replace X with the drive number) and then type clean to remove partitions.
  • Create a new partition with create partition primary and format it with format fs=exfat or format fs=ntfs.
  1. Check for Drive Errors:
  • After formatting, check for errors by right-clicking the drive, going to “Properties,” then the “Tools” tab, and clicking “Check.”

format fs=ntfs is for harddrives not USB drives.
