I recently bought a new SanDisk 32GB Cruzer Blade USB and for some reason I can’t copy more than 5gb onto it. I have tried to format the usb to the default device format but nothing seems to be working. Please Help! I payed good money for it and I don’t want it to go to wast. Any ideas or solutions would be appreciated.
Normal default format for removable devices is FAT32. FAT32 can not hold a file greater than 4GB. Reformat the drive as exFAT or NTFS, both with hold files larger than 4GB. But there may be compatibility issues when used in other machines.
