plugged the flash drive in and transferred one video of 2.3 gb tried to transfer another file of 4.3 gb and it says the file is too big and wont copy it what am i doing wrong the drive says i have 112 gb unused

Factory new drives are formatted as exFAT which supports large files. FAT32 doesn’t support files larger than 4 GB. If you didn’t reformat the drive return it to the seller, it’s used.
