The music works and it charges on the computer but the screen is blank white. i can not see anything. i can not see what formate or what settings anything is in i can not see anything and dont know what to do
First slide the power switch up and hold it for 20 seconds. Then restart it. If you know what versoion of the player you have reinstall the firmware and see if that helps. If you dont know that then format the player using windows.
You’ve started several threads about this. I’m sorry your player doesn’t work, I know you must be quite frustrated.
I believe your best bet at this point is to call SanDisk, ask for support. If they can’t walk you through the steps to ‘unbrick’ your player, then ask for an RMA so they can send you a different one.
