Oh my gosh a new symptom !

Ok now my screen is like reealy faint i cant barely see it ! plz help me !

What exactly do you want anyone here to do about it?

You have 2 choices:

  1. Adjust the brightness level in the Settings on the player.
  2. If this does not help, the player is defective. Take (or send) it back to wherever you bought it from, if you are within their return window. If not, but it is still under 1 year old, contact SanDisk directly aboput a replacement.

There now . . . that wasn’t so hard, was it?

And if the problem was the brightness level in the Settings on the player, you are defective, have your mother take you back to wherever she bought you from.
