What's wrong with my sansa clip?

I’ve had my sansa clip 2GB since July and have taken care of it with the best of care and love it but recently my screen starts to dim and grow darker so i leave it alone for a day and then the screen wouldn’t show anything but the music works just fine but my screen is just black. i updated it and nothing happened i formatted it and still nothing is there a way to fix it? is my screen busted?

You may have a hardware problem with your OLED display.  I would contact Support at 1-866-SANDISK.  The device is warranted for ony year.  Be sure to round up your original receipt to verify date of purchase.

I recommend registering your Sansa when new by clicking on the SanDisk logo in the upper left corner of this page, then go to Support.
