The Screen on my Clip+ is dark in the middle and impossible to read. The LED is lit on the far right. I can see the battery gauge (fully charged). A liitle bit of the far right end of the menus will display, but nothing else. The device is unusable as a player in it’s present state. Connected to the PC everything seems to be functioning fine.
I have already tried resetting it.
Anybody have any other ideas?
This is a hardware issue that you cannot do anything about. Follow Miikerman’s advice; call SanDisk for a replacement if it’s still under warranty.
